The King County Housing Authority is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed Cabinetry Companies to provide products for King County Housing Authority properties. Provide cabinetry materials per product specification labeled Exhibit A (pages 9 & 10 of this RFP), according to orders placed by staff at KCHA properties located in King, Thurston, and Skagit counties. Typical volume is 135 - 200 apartment units annually averaging 12-16 cabinet boxes for each unit. Contracted vendor must be able to provide ordered product delivered into vacant residential units within ten (10) business days of receiving the purchase (task) order from KCHA. The initial term of the Contract shall be for one (1) year. KCHA, at its sole discretion, may renew the Contract incrementally or in whole, for up to four (4) additional years. Under this Contract, Purchase (task) Orders may be issued during the term of the Contract. KCHA is under no obligation to issue Purchase (task) Orders or to expend any money during the term of the Contract. It is further understood that Purchase (task) Orders issued under this Contract may not be completed during the contract term and, in such case, all terms, clauses, rights, and obligations extend to the final completion of any issued purchase order.
