Interior renovations in the existing Gym Building including: 1. Demolition of a 50-year-old shower room to create two new ADA accessible Mens and Womens shower and toilet rooms: 2. New floor, wall, and ceiling finishes in addition to mechanical and electrical upgrades in an adjacent Weight Room and adjacent Lecture Hall. 3. The appropriate Minority Participation Forms must be included with the Bid. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification for BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
