The City of Statesville is seeking proposals from companies for a pipe replacement. The City of Statesville reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. Pipe Replacement at Wickersham Dr between Brookmeade Dr & 115 Wickersham Dr: Site is located as a one way in/one way out accessibility. The Contractor shall keep access during construction for citizens. All sites identified shall be restored to like new condition, but not limited to reseeded with a turf type tall fescue seed and mulched, within 90 calendar days after execution of the contract. The entire work area (within construction limits) shall also be cleared of any debris, overgrown brush, trash, dead trees, fencing or other material. The Contractor shall leave the site very clean and free of all debris whether the debris is associated with the pipe repair or not. Live trees shall not be damaged or removed as part of the repair, unless noted by the Engineer. Small shrubs shall be removed and disposed of properly. Without exception, the property must be cleaned and seeded and mulched within ten (10) working days after the pipe repair is completed. All applicable permits must be acquired. All materials shall be disposed of in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
