Edifice LLC is the Construction Manager for the Jennings Park Amenities package project located in Statesville, NC. This project consists of developing a 68-acre site into athletic fields for Iredell County. The project includes four (4) new soccer fields and four (4) new baseball fields, one of which will be a championship baseball field. There will be several buildings on site which include concessions/restrooms, a field house, a crow's nest (alternate), and a maintenance building. Other amenities include an events lawn, pickleball court, landscaping with irrigation, and 2.3 miles of walking trails. Stewart will be designing the park. Bids will be accepted for the formal 04-001 Masonry, 26-001 Electrical, 32-001 Landscaping and Irrigation, 32-002 Fencing and Gates, 32-003 Synthetic Turf and 32-005 Natural Turf and Irrigation packages. Bids for formal packages will only be accepted from prequalified trade contractors. All questions and/or clarifications should be addressed to the Construction Manager, who will then correspond with the Design Team, as required, for answers and clarifications. Bidders must be properly licensed under all state laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the respective trades and work to be performed. The General Statutes of the State of North Carolina applicable to license requirements, submission of bids, and award of public contracts shall be observed in the receiving of bids and awarding of contracts for the work.
