Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Bidder shall furnish all labour, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve the Arlington Park Neighbourhood by removing and replacing deteriorated concrete streets, ADA ramps and adjacent walks, and also add underdrain where necessary all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST 0121C as prepared by Transportation Engineering Sen/ices for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a DE ADVERTISEMENT. The funding source for this project is SRF BOND. The Contractor shall furnish all labour, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, CSO 55 / Anthony and Wayne Relief Sewer as follows: Installation of approximately 1200 LF of sanitary sewer (size 42-inch) with 4 sanitary manholes, 645 LF of storm sewer (sizes 12-inch, 15-inch, and 42- inch) with 12 storm structures; Anthony regulator modification and connection to concrete chamber at structure P06 006; as well as installation of 1420 LF or water main (sizes 6-inch, 12-inch, and 16-inch) with appurtenances, and final site restoration. The funding source for this project is STORMWATER UTILITY REVENUE . The Contractor shall furnish all labour, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Heather Ridge and Abeita Centre Ra Drainage Improvements as follows: Replace inlets at Blythewood Place on the north side of the cul-de-sac with approximately 125 LF of 12" RCP. Also 120 LF of 24 RCP to provide additional relief in flood events and modify the discharge of the overflow of the detention ponoTocated south of Blythewood Place, this will include a 24" RCP to connect to the 42" storm sewer under Abeita Centre Road. Approximately 190 SY or street will need replaced. 40 LF of concrete curb and 10 SY of Concrete Sidewalk will need restored. NOTICE OF IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) hosting second public open house to discuss the US 30 Corridor Study in Fort Wayne INDOT will host a public open house to provide a project update and solicit feedback from residents and motorists about the US 30 Corridor Study in Fort Wayne. The US 30 corridor in Fort Wayne has experienced an increase in vehicle delay and corridor crash rates and has been identified as an area of need for transportation improvements. Proposed grade separated interchanges are being analysed at the intersections of Kroemer Road and FL augh Road at US 30. In addition, the intersections of US 30 with O'Day Road. Still-hunt Road, and Folger Road/Leesburg Road are being studied for intersection improvements. The purpose of the US 30 Corridor Study is to successfully plan a transportation improvement strategy that best reduces congestion, improves safety, and accommodates future corridor growth at the intersections of US 30 while minimizing impacts to environmentally sensitive areas and supporting opportunities for economic development. DETAILS Based on feedback received during the first public open house in June 2021, the project team has updated reliminary design plans for the US 0 corridor. The goal of this open house is to gain information from the community on land use and the area, share the information and comments received in June 2021, and solicit feedback on three corridor scenarios, which will be used to further select a preferred alternative. The public open house is from 5 to 7 a.m. on February 9, 2022, at Sweetwater Sound, Conference Room 1, 5501 US Highway 30 West, Fort Wayne, IN 4681 IT Attendees should park near and enter door 3 after 4:45 p.m. Formal presentations will be given at 5:15 and 6:30 p.m. with project team members answering questions one-on one between the presentations. The meeting will adjourn at 7 p.m. Resources Planning and Design Ser- all in accordance with the Bidding to attend the meeting register online faulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days to allow review of bids before announcing award of contract. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a satisfactory Labour and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each In the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. The Work will be substantially complete on or before 9/16/2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 9/30/2022. The City's goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount
