Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The WORK will consist of 925,000 square feet of Type III Micro Surfacing and removal of existing thermoplastic. The site of the WORK is located at Center Street (1000 West to State Street), Orem Boulevard (400 South to 800 North), and 400 South (Geneva Road to 1200 West). Question Submission Close Date 2/16/2022 11:00 AM MST BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT after May 27, 2022 but before August 15, 2022 unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. BIDDER further agrees to pay, as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in Section 15 of the General Conditions.
