ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Cedar Grove School District FOR THE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS from the Boiler Room in the Administration Building-LRP located at 520 Pompton Avenue, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009. Bids must be made on the proposal forms provided in the bid documents in the manner designated and enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the name and address of bidder and name of the job noted on the outside of envelope. In addition, absolutely no bids will be accepted without a State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate included in the bid package. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Cedar Grove Board of Education for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00. The Cedar Grove School District assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. Any bid submitted under the terms of New Jersey statutes not including a copy of the valid and active Pre qualification/Classification Certificate will be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements. The Cedar Grove School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive immaterial deficiencies in the bidding if it is in the interest of same to do so.
