The Awarded Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and duly accredited Testing or Repair Facility and/or Staff to perform the necessary inspection, testing, certification, repair (if necessary), and rebuild (if necessary) of up to 18 PORVs per regulatory requirements in compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49, Subtitle B, Chapter I, Subchapter D, Part 192. In particular, this work shall be in accordance with Subpart 731 (a) Compressor Stations: Inspection and testing of relief devices, and all other applicable specifications as set forth., associated with OC San's digester gas compressor and transmission system. The PORV's shall be tested, inspected, and/or repaired by a National Board Accredited testing or repair facility. OC San may request documentation as to the Contractor or their subcontractor's proof of accreditation. Contractor's staff shall be qualified and experienced in the disassembly, inspection, repair, application of special processes, reassembly, setting, and testing of PORV's, per: 1.1 National Board Inspection Code a. NB-514 accreditation of VR Repair Organization and b.
