Since 1954, we have safely collected, treated, and disposed of and/or reclaimed the wastewater generated by 2.6 million people living and working in central and northwestern Orange County, California. OC San requires a long-term electricity supply contract under Southern California Edison s Direct Access program beginning in June 2022. OC San reserves the right to reject any and all responses, extend deadlines, and enter into negotiations with any respondent.
