202219 PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF PEND OREILLE COUNTY, WASHINGTON PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS The Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County requires all individuals or companies wanting to perform any construction or improvement to any electrical facility, distribution, transmission, substation work, communications, right-of-way clearing and maintenance of lines for the District to be pre-qualified as required in. To qualify to bid on the Districts projects, a person, firm, or corporation shall meet the following requirements: * Adequate financial resources, or the ability to secure such resources; * The necessary experience, organization and technical qualifications to perform the proposed work; * The ability to comply with required performance schedules taking into consideration all of its existing business commitments; * A satisfactory record of performance, integrity, judgement, and skill to perform the proposed work; * Minority and women-owned contracting firms are encouraged to respond.
