SAND AND REPAINT CANNON CARRIAGES The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Stones River National Battlefield. The vendor will provide the labor, equipment, materials, parts and supplies to rehabilitate a total of four (4) Civil War Era cannon carriages for Stones River National Battlefield (STRI) at Murfreesboro, Tennessee. STRI intends to have four Civil War Era cannon carriages rehabilitated for the purpose of displaying an accurate portrayal of field artillery as it would have been seen at the Battle of Stones River. STRI will award to a single source vendor a fixed price payment to rehabilitate the cannon carriages. The vendor will provide the labor, equipment, materials, parts and supplies as well as a facility in which to do the work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $23,000 - $33,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Rutherford County, Tennessee will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-February 2022.
