The work includes the construction of approximately: 1 LS Construct Lift Station 3000 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe 1100 LF 10" Sanitary Sewer Pipe 22 EA 4' DIA Sanitary Sewer Manhole 5200 TN Aggregate Base, Class 5 6000 CY Select Granular Borrow - Modified 1100 TN Type SP 9.5 Upper Wearing Course Mixture (2,C) 1400 TN Type SP 12.5 Lower Wearing Course Mixture (2,C) together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by 06/30/2023. Substantial completion must be complete by 09/30/2022. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Forest Lake shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
