The Townsend Middle School HVAC Upgrades project consists of replacement of existing unit ventilators with new unit ventilators in 7 classrooms, demolition of existing fin tube heaters and installation of new unit ventilators in 4 classrooms, an option to either replace and upgrade all fans, dampers, actuators and controls for two existing air handlers or to replace the existing air handlers with 2 new units, and the associated electrical upgrades to support these changes. Time is of the essence, as the project shall be fully complete and ready for occupancy at the start of the 20221/4023 school year.
