Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brockton, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Interior Renovations Athletic Lockers, Public Restrooms Brockton High School Brockton, Montana No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A certified check, cashiers check, bank money order, bank draft, upon a solvent bank, bid bond or lawful money of the United States in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid made in favor of Brockton Public Schools, Brockton, Montana, must accompany each bid as a proposal security. The bid security of the successful bidder will be held until execution of the contract, the bid security of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned at the time of the award. Bidder shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet all applicable requirements of the Montana State Statutes and Department Regulations and Federal Statutes and Regulations. The Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates and the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates (whichever is greater) apply to this project, as does the Contractor's Montana Gross Receipt Tax. Bidder shall have a current Montana Public Contractor's License and be registered with the Department of Labor and Industry (Workman's Comp) and must include his registration number on the Proposal Form. Contractor shall be responsible for any applicable Tribal Employment Rights Regulations and the Owner shall be responsible for fees. Bids must be completed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Bidder must agree to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter each of the above Construction Deadlines for each condition hereinafter provided in the General Conditions.
