Renovation of a municipal facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Oneida County Buildings & Grounds Department is soliciting bids for the Oneida County Courthouse Elevator Upgrade Project. The Oneida County Facilities Committee will review the bids and award the bid at the Monday, February 14, 2022 meeting at 8:00 a.m. in the Oneida County Courthouse. The Oneida County Courthouse Elevator Upgrade Project located at 1 S. Oneida Ave., Rhinelander WI shall include making application for and obtaining all necessary permits and the modernization of the Oneida County Courthouse public elevator including: Remove and properly dispose of the existing elevator control system Provide and install new elevator control system -Elevonic Hydro Controller Remove and properly dispose of the existing traveling cable & hoist way wiring Provide and install new traveling cable & hoist way wiring Remove and properly dispose of the existing door operators Provide and install new door operators Remove and properly dispose of the existing fixtures Provide and install new fixtures Remove and properly dispose of the existing power unit Provide and install new power unit Remove and properly dispose of the existing cab panels, handrails, ceiling, and lights Provide and install new cab panels, handrails, ceiling, and lights Startup of the systems and check for proper operation
