The Contract consists of a single contract for sanitary sewer spot repair, storm sewer spot repair, pulverizing of existing asphalt pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalk construction. The Contract consists of these units: Pulverizing Existing Pavement (12,440 square yards), Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (3,200 tons), 24-Inch Concrete Curb & Gutter (5,600 lineal feet), and Concrete Flat Work (6,100 square feet). The quantities and the main sizes are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Rhinelander within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The City of Rhinelander reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Special Conditions located at the beginning of the Technical Specifications, modifies or supplements the Bidding Documents, the General Conditions, or the standard specification sections which make up the remainder of the Technical Specifications, and defines what work is included under each item in the Bid Proposal.
