Renovation of an educational facility in Amery, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the removal and replacement of existing heat pump units and associated suspended acoustical ceiling and lighting scope to complete the work. Prospective bidders must be on the planholders list through portal for bids to be accepted. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds are applicable to this Project. All bidders and persons or companies submitting a Bid for the Work shall comply with these provisions. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular, or to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid received. The Owner also reserves the right to reject a bid that is within the Owner's judgment to be in the Owner's best interest. All questions are to be directed to Stewart Cran via email only at stewart.cran@lhbcorp.com. Questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM, Thursday, February 10, 2022.
