Renovation of a residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work necessary and incidental for the following Various Work Items for Phase 4A Townhomes (Westlawn Renaissance VII) at Westlawn Gardens Phase 2. Interested parties may view bid documents without registering. Ordering print copies or electronic files of the bid documents requires registering. For print copies, there will be no charge for the first set per registered plan holder entity (whether an individual or a business); plan holder entities may order additional sets at their own expense. For print copies, a separate non-refundable delivery/shipping charge will be billed to the recipient (rates vary depending on method of delivery/shipping; contact A/E Graphics Inc. for current rates); print copies may also be held for pick-up by recipient. Electronic files may be downloaded from the website at no charge to the recipient. For both print copies and electronic files, no deposit is required. The Housing Authority will assist bidders/contractors in developing a plan to comply with EBE, Section 3, and WHEDA requirements. Where appropriate, the bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the Contract Documents. This contract opportunity is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond.
