Site work and paving for a road / highway in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes furnishing of all materials and equipment and performance of the following work, per the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents (PS & CD). The project is located on Plymouth Street between Summit Street and Western Avenue. A brief description of the major work items for the above contract includes: 5,700 square yards of removing asphaltic surface, 1,365 linear feet of 8-inch watermain, 545 linear feet of 1-inch water service, 1 lump sum temporary water main and services, 365 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 1,155 linear feet of sanitary and storm sewer relining, 400 linear feet of storm sewer, 24 storm sewer structures, 1,155 linear feet of curb and gutter, 2,500 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,370 tons of HMA pavement. Prequalification Required: Yes The City will only consider Bids from Bidders who accompany them with a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Plymouth, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) nor more than ten percent (10%) of the Bid.
