Renovation of a swimming pool in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Farmington (City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for NonSubstantial Alterations at The Farmington Aquatic Center. This project consists of removing and replacing existing deck joint sealant (approx. 500' x 1- 1/4 "); removing and replacing pool decking (approx. 15,530 square feet). All work shall meet Model Aquatic Health Code (MAHC) standards for pool surfaces section 4.0 Design and Construction The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages in the amount of $150 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted.
