Demolition, site work and new construction of a power facility in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the safe construction of the 115/69/13.8kV Animas Substation Refurbishment project in Farmington, New Mexico. The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and minor materials necessary for the demolition of the existing substation and the construction of the new Animas switching station. Deadline for Questions is now June 1, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. If awarded a contract, the undersigned Bidder agrees to substantially complete the work for final acceptance within eight hundred forty (840) number of calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages in the amount of $3,000.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted. The Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond (proposal guarantee) equal to 5% of the total amount bid. Bid Number 22-147254
