Any agreement between a contractor/consultant and a DBE whereby the DBE promises not to provide services to other contractors/consultants is prohibited. The DBE contract goal for this procurement is 12% The successful bidder must comply with the Presidents Executive Order #11246, prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, sex, or national origin; Executive Orders #12138 and 11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE subcontractors in the performance of this contract; provide certification that they do not or will not VDOT PROJECT #EN 15-044-035 P101,R201,M501 / UPC#: 107519 Federal #: TAP-044-2(056) The Work will be substantially completed within 330 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
