The project is located approximately 0.5 miles north of Milepost 27of NM 4, in the Jemez Mountains, Jemez Springs, NM. The Bid Bond shall be on the form provided in the contract documents, a certified cashier's check or a bid bond in a form acceptable by Sandoval County. Prospective bidders should arrive at the intersection of Black Bear Road and Sulphur Creek Road, in Jemez Springs, NM. Sandoval County (Owner) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to delete portions of bids depending on availability of funds, to waive technicalities, to make any investigations deemed necessary of a bidder's ability to perform the work covered by the specifications and to accept the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the County. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
