The University is seeking to establish a contract for chiller preventative maintenance services for units on its Midtown and Westside Campuses. The anticipated service will be from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2025. Buildings and corresponding addresses are listed in sequential order in which the tour will occur below. Please arrive promptly to the first building as University Staff will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. Midtown Campus: 1. Newbury Hall: (2 Eighth Avenue) 2. Warner Hall (3 Fifth Avenue) 3. Haas Library (5 Fifth Avenue) 4. Science Building: (90 Osbourne Street) Westside Campus: 5. Visual Performing Arts Center: (7 University Boulevard) 6. Campus Center: (3 University Boulevard) 7. Ancel Classroom Building: (University Boulevard) 8. Pinney Hall: (2 Grasso Drive) 9. Centennial Hall: (2 University Boulevard) Questions about equipment may be asked during the scheduled site visit. However, it is highly encouraged that questions be submitted electronically to the RFP point of contact. Note: All attendees will be required to sign in at every location on both the Midtown and Westside campuses. Should attendees not sign in at each location as required, the respondent's proposal shall not be accepted. Contractors may submit questions via email to lopeza@wcsu.edu. The deadline for submission of questions is no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 16, 2022. All questions and answers, clarifications or corrections shall be published as an addendum as stipulated in section 1.8 no later than 3:00 p.m. February 18, 2022.
