Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 62,720-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.

Salas O'Brien Project No.: 2021-00239-00 HGE Project No. LES-20-01 Project: Grady County Fairgrounds Stall Barn, Building Package 2 Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashiers Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
