For furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract 22-05, 2022 Concrete Repair and Resurfacing (the Project), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton (Design Professional). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). Any questions must be received by the Owner through online no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on Monday, February 7, 2022 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders In general, the improvements on which proposals are requested will be as described below: Approximately 22,000 SY Milling and 3.5 Overlay46 remove and replace storm structures 9,500 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 25,000 SF of concrete walk And other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashiers check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
