Fire Extinguisher Testing and Recharging Fort Smith Public Schools Is requesting bids from licensed fire extinguisher companies for testing, recharging and maintaining all District fire extinguishers. Fort Smith Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and wave any formalities. In the case of ambiguity in prices stated in the bid, the district reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation thereof, or to reject the bid altogether. Pursuant to Arkansas Code annotated 22-9-203, all small, minority and women's businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
