Renovation of an educational facility in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of February 8, 2023, construction is underway, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. This project creates a new a security corridor addition to connect the three primary existing academic buildings on the MSAD campus. The security corridor will serve as the main entry for the campus and improve safety and security for students, staff, and visitors. Areas adjacent to the corridor will be remodeled to include a new administration suite, staff workroom, lunchroom, restrooms, and science lab. Additional work includes replacement of the wood shakes with metal panels and brick on Smith and Quinn Halls, window replacement on Quinn Hall, and the addition of a lift to create an accessible entry on Noyes Hall. This project has a 3 % Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), and Veteran-Owned (VO) Small Business (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goals established. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
