Site work for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Common Excavation - 2500 CY 6" Perf PE Pipe - 950 LF Seeding - 4.3 AC All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2018 Edition, and the Special Provisions. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
