The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Remove Building A - 1 LS Remove Building B - 1 LS Remove Building C - 1 LS Remove Building D - 1 LS Remove Building E - 1 LS Remove Building F - 1 LS Remove Building G - 1 LS Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount.
