New construction of a mixed-use development in Chemainus, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; clubhouse / community center; medical facility; and municipal facility.
Design and build of the Shingle Point Community Project located at I.R. #4, Valdes (Le'eyqsun) Island. Project is for Modular homes of 16,000 to 22,000 sq ft. It is anticipated that the hub will include will be a pedestrian centric, minimalist community space that unites community members and supports their desire to reestablish their presence on Valdes (Leeyqsun) Island. In addition to community use, there is a requirement for a remote office with living quarters for staff to deliver programming, as well as secure storage space and garage to house multiple program and emergency equipment. TIMELINE: The purpose of this project is to provide Construction work, including supply and installation, of a new modular home in Shingle Point Community. Project may be tendered in late fall, 2024, upon approvals. Coverage is discontinued.
