The award resulting from this bid will be a one-time purchase. Item Description: Telespar sign posts: 10' X 1-3/4" OD - 1-1/2" ID Posts are to be 12 gauge galvanized steel tubing with perforated holes on all four sides 1" on the center. Q And A Open 1/29/2022 3:01:00 AM Q And A Close 2/7/2022 11:30:00 PM Shipping Instructions: The specified items are to be shipped to the City of Topeka, Transportation Operations Traffic Section 927 NW Harrison ST. Topeka KS 66608 FOB destination prepaid and allowed. Inspection: Materials or equipment purchased is subject to inspection and approval at the City's destination. The City of Topeka reserves the right to reject and refuse acceptance of items which are not in accordance with any order. Rejected materials or equipment shall be removed by or at the expense of the seller.
