The following materials will be supplied in accordance with the City of Topeka's Standard Technical Specifications. Quantities listed are estimates only. The City reserves the right to decrease or increase the quantity dependent on actual needs. 1/4 " Chips (Dry) Estimated Annual Quantity: 5,000 Tons Standard Technical Specification, Section 8.02. Retained on No. 4 sieve 20% +-10% Retained on No. 8 sieve. 94% Retained on No. 100 sieve 98% Deleterious Substances, maximum 5% Q And A Open 2/3/2022 8:31:00 PM Q And A Close 2/14/2022 11:30:00 PM The contract(s) awarded from this bid shall become effective on the date of signature by both parties and shall remain in effect for one (1) year. At the end of the first contract period the supplier may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice with an exception for unauthorized substitution as stated above. Prices quoted shall remain firm for the duration of the contract. Pricing agreements may be extended for four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions if mutually agreed upon.
