Contact information is currently unavailable.** The City Council of the City of Augusta, KY, will receive sealed bids for the deconstruction and removal of a 50 x 98 m/l metal building and all associated debris located on the premises of the F. A. Neider property, which property has an address of 207 Seminary Avenue, Augusta Kentucky, 41002. The successful bidder shall be required to prepay its bid sum to the City of Augusta upon demand, and before beginning the deconstruction and removal of such metal building and all associated debris. The successful bidder shall deconstruct and remove such metal building and all associated debris within ninety (90) days of tendering payment of the bid sum for the deconstructing and removing such metal building, and all associated debris. Should such successful bidder not have the metal building and all associated debris removed on or before ninety (90) days from payment of the bid sum, such bidder shall owe and remit the sum of $100.00 per day to the City of Augusta the work continues beyond the ninety (90) day time limit, in addition to the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to carry liability insurance which names the City of Augusta as an additional insured in a minimum coverage amount of $2,000,000, and will also be required to carry worker's compensation coverage for its workers involved in the building deconstruction and removal.
