The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to release this Request For Proposals for the Hawthorns Area Structural Assessment Project (Project). The ideal Structural Engineering team shall have technical expertise in historic structural assessment for structures stabilization, repair, and rehabilitation recommendations, and demonstrate successful completion of similar projects in the past five years. Consultants must have relevant experience and availability of resources for structure assessment. Q and A deadline: Feb 15, 2022 4:00:00 PM EST March/April March/April 2022 Execute Contract and Notice to Proceed Specific questions related to the RFP must be addressed via email to Ivana Yeung, Capital Projects Manager II at iyeung@openspace.org by 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor irregularities. The District also reserves the right to seek new proposals or re-advertise if responses have not been satisfactory or for any other reason.
