The scope of work includes removing existing roofing material, selective demolition, documentation of historic materials to ensure re-roofing material match, and re-roofing of the structures with new sheathing, shingle, membrane; stabilization scope includes sealing window sills, carpentry to stabilize joists and supports. The structures are potentially eligible for the National Register of Historic Places and California Register of Historic Resources; the new roof shall match the appearance of the original roof .
