Dodge County Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to remove and replace two HVAC units located on the roof of gym at County High School. The selected vendor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of these existing 35 ton gas package units and install new Carrier 35 ton gas package units to replace the old HVAC units. 1. Removal and disposal of 2 existing gas package units on gym 2. Installation of new Carrier 48A Series gas heat packaged roof top units 3. Constant volume Greenspeed Intelligence 4. High gas heat option 5. 460-3-60 volt 6. Economiser 7. Microchannel condenser and Aluminum/Copper evaporator coil 8. Galvanized drain pan 9. 2" filter track 10. Line voltage terminal block 11. 15 HP supply fan 12. Upgrade controls thermosets to Carrier Premier Link 13. 5 year compressor part warranty 14. 1 year all other parts warranty 15. Factory Start up 16. Connection to existing gas lines 17. Connection to existing duct work, connections sealed and insulated 18. New pvc drain lines
