Parrish Construction Group is the awarded CM project will bid in November 2023 The Do.dge County Board of Education is soliciting statements of qualifications/fee proposals from Contractors/firms interested in providing Construction Professional (CP) services for the construction of the Do.dge County School District, New Performing Arts Center, Eastman, Georgia - 2317. The Contractor shall perform these services under the Construction Delivery Method of Construction Management at Risk, and shall enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for Construction Professional services for the above referenced project. Selection Process: Selection of the CP will be a two-step process. The first step will be a qualification-based process and fee evaluation, which will result in the proposers being ranked. The second step will be an interview process with the top ranked firms, and fee negotiation process beginning with the top ranked firm. Late responses will be unopened and will not be considered. Oral or telegraphic (including FAX) responses are not acceptable. Schedule of Events: Owner issues public/website advertisement of RFQ/RFP: 7/18/2023 Owner completes evaluation, and issues notification to finalist firms: 8/23/2023 Committee or Board interviews finalist firms: 9/07/2023 TBA Board approval of CP selected: 9/14/2023 TBA The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive technicalities and formalities. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety days after the opening of proposals without written consenting approval of the Owner.
