The following water tanks shall be the included in the quote: - 75,000 Gallon Multi-Column Elevated Water Storage Tank @ 5104 9th Avenue, Eastman, GA 31023 - 150,000 Gallon Multi-Column Elevated Water Storage Tank @ 6327 Oak Street, Eastman, GA 31023 - 250,000 Gallon Multi-Column Elevated Water Storage Tank @ 231 S Carolina Road, Eastman, GA 31023 - 250,000 Gallon Multi-Column Elevated Water Storage Tank @ 181 Industrial Boulevard, Eastman, GA 31023 - 300,000 Gallon Multi-Column Elevated Water Storage Tank @ 422 Legion Drive, Eastman, GA 31023 o Bid amounts should be a yearly sum-total for each tank. o Contractor must have liability insurance, an occupational license, public liability, and property damage insurance, and furnish workmen's compensation. o Give a detailed description of how the following will be handled: o Interior and exterior of the tank o Annual inspections o Signs and logos o Inspection of work o Repairs and appurtenances o Emergency service situations o Site security o General responsibilities including owner responsibility o Restoration of disturbed area o Guarantee of new materials o Hazardous materials The City of Eastman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive formalities and technicalities, and to make an award in the best interest of the City of Eastman.
