HPHA is seeking a contractor to conduct comprehensive Lead Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos inspections and assessment meeting HUD requirements. The properties to be inspected are primarily occupied single-family homes and multi-family housing, as well as eight (8) community rooms and open spaces within six (6) developments. The contractor will provide a report outlining their findings with adequate documentation and will include suggested abatement options as well as re-inspection services. It is very important that each company sends to HPHA all of the required paperwork. It is important that the proposals be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner with the name of the project: "Comprehensive Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Inspections and Assessment- 20220501".
