Renovation of a mixed-use development in Evergreen, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of upgrades to the HVAC infrastructure for the East Evergreen Elementary School and the Evergreen Junior High School to improve the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The scope of work at each facility consists of upgrades to the boiler systems, upgrades and additions to the ventilation systems, the addition of new variable refrigerant (VRF) systems, and the addition of heating/cooling systems throughout each building. Only firms obtaining documents by these methods will be placed on the Planholders List. Complete electronic Project Plans and Specifications are available at the Morrison-Maierle, Inc. website by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab, then click "Projects Bidding," then click "View our current projects bidding page" and selecting this project from the project list which will direct you to the QuestCDN website. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. A tour of the two project sites will be conducted after the meeting. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids specified above. The right is reserved to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of Evergreen Public Schools.
