PRIME COAT WITH MC-30/ MC-70 CUTBACK PETROLEUM ASPHALT, IN PLACE ITEM 7 56,803 S.Y. DOUBLE SEALCOAT WITH RS-2PM (E-2M)/ CRS-2PM (E-3M) ITEM 8 24,738 S.Y.
