PRIME COAT WITH MC-30/ MC-70 CUTBACK PETROLEUM ASPHALT, IN PLACE ITEM 7 56,803 S.Y. DOUBLE SEALCOAT WITH RS-2PM (E-2M)/ CRS-2PM (E-3M) ITEM 8 24,738 S.Y. DOUBLE SEALCOAT WITH RS-2PM (E-2M)/ CRS-2PM (E-3M) Phase 1, Option 1 includes Items 1 & 2 only. Phase 1, Option 2 includes Items 3 & 4 only. Phase 1, Option 3 includes Items 5 & 6 only. Each Phase to be bid and awarded separately. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to this project only if the bid amounts exceeds $100,000.00.
