Site work and new construction of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
HPHA is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms for consulting services in connection with the assessment and/or installation of various projects through out HPHA properties. HPHA properties consist of 1,000 units comprised of single-family, duplex, triplex, and multi-family buildings constructed between 1942 and 20l3. All questions need to be sent to HPHA by 12:00 p.m. on February 24, 2022. Direct all inquiries and sealed proposals to: Mia Lorenz, Procurement Officer Housing Authority of the City of High Point 500 E. Russell Ave. High Point, NC 27260 mlorenz@hpha.net It is important that the package be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left-hand comer with the name of the project: "Architectural/Engineering Services - 20222101". Contract for work under this RFQ will obligate the A/E Firm to not discriminate in employment practices. HPHA encourages minority owned, women owned, and Section 3 businesses to participate. HPHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive minor informalities in the bidding/RFQ process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
