The undersigned agrees to enter into a contract with the County of Niagara for a period of one year, to deliver and apply chemical mixtures for the control and maintenance of roadside vegetation in defined areas along the roadsides in accordance with the following conditions, specifications and agreements: Instructions 1. The following proposal covers maintenance of roadside vegetation for some County roads in Niagara County, outside cities and incorporated villages. 2. Any municipality within the County may enter into a contract and accept the County bid prices. 3. This proposal is signed by the bidder with full knowledge and acceptance of all provisions of the general specifications, the proposal, and the item specifications. 4. Bids must be submitted on this form. Note: A bidder may submit alternate proposals containing deviations in detailed specifications, contract period, etc. The bidder shall state, in detail, wherein it differs from the terms of the proposal and specifications as issued, and consideration may be given to any, or all, such differences, provided such action is in the best interests of the County. Additional Bidding Instructions Niagara County will assume no responsibility for oral instructions or interpretation.
