The Town of Orange Park, Florida is accepting competitive sealed bids for the Town of Orange Park Ash Street WWTP Blower Installation Project. If mailed, bids must be addressed to Town Clerk at the above address. Bids must be submitted in the format as outlined in the specifications. The award of this bid will result in a contract to install one owner purchased Positive Displacement Blower for its Wastewater Treatment Plant and to construct appurtenant improvements including rolling door access, stormwater improvements to the building, and building electrical modifications. The Town shall have the right to reject any or all bids in the Town's best interest. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. Work shall consist Abandoning existing filter units and piping; installation of new filter units and piping; construction of a new metal building, concrete slab, and retaining wall; installation of new duplex pumps at the filter pump station. Bidders will provide Stipulated Lump Sum price for each Bid Item. All lump sum items shall include costs of mobilization, demobilization; protecting; cleaning; provision and installation of new equipment and warranties; bonds, insurance and all costs of labor, equipment, materials and appurtenances.
