Renovation of a medical facility in Orange Park, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,834-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and 16,868-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

Scoprio has been awarded this project as construction manager and we are requesting final pricing based on the Bid Submittal documents. This is not budget pricing and subcontracts will be awarded based off this submission. The scope of work of this project includes construction for the renovation of Buildings 400 (16,834 sf) and 600 (16,868 sf) located at Fleming Island Business Park, 1845 Town Center Boulevard, in Orange Park with the intent to relocate the Clay County Department of Health facilities and operations to this location. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: general and selective demolition to facilitate new work listed herein, interior medical office build-out renovations (Buildings 400 and 600), new interior finishes in existing office areas/suites (Building 400), and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as required to support the proposed functions within each building. Scopes include concrete, casework, doors, storefront glazing, framing & drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, specialties, signage, operable partitions, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, generators, and fencing. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to commence in either March or April 2023.
