The City of Springfield is seeking bids for the installation of new flooring at the Springfield Public Day High School located at 90 Berkshire St. The term of this contract will be for a one-time event of flooring of the Springfield Public Day High School, and is not renewable in nature. flooring upgrades in the Springfield Public Day High School. This work is following an abatement ofVAT and mastic. It should be assumed that use ofBlas track or other floor grinding equipment will be used. All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement (Hbutton@springfieldcityhall.com) by February 25, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. All bidders are advised that the minimum wage rate schedule, issued by the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Standards are included in the specifications and shall prevail in the work on this project. All bidders are advised the City has a 20% goal for MWBE. The Deputy Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all responses, if in the public interest to do so.
