Reference number : 1564069 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-15 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Project : Modernization of the elevator at 280 chemin de la Grande-Côte, Boisbriand The Office d'habitation Thérèse-De Blainville is soliciting tenders for the modernization of its elevator located at 280 chemin de la Grande Côte in Boisbriand. Conditions : Only tenders from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who have the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1). Tenders must, of necessity, be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The tenderer must not, during the last two (2) years preceding the date of opening of tenders, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report from the "Owner" or the Service Center representing him relating to previous contracts. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The "Owner" does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation and any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). award is subject to final approval.
