The tender submission form must be submitted in two (2) copies (one [1] original and one [1] copy) and must in particular be accompanied by a certified check, a money order or a bank draft drawn from a financial institution made out to the order of Ville de Boisbriand or a bid bond representing at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, all taxes included. This contract is subject to the By-law on contract management of the City of Boisbriand and, to this effect, any tenderer must agree by completing the Declaration of the tenderer - Annex I of By-law RV-1650 on contract management available on the site City Internet at www.boisbriand.qc.ca.
